Pop Up Errors

Experiencing pop up errors with Groupconvert?

Right now you are probably seeing a pop up error and wondering if your extension still works. The good news is - it does still work (yes, even with the error). The bad news is, it's annoying.

We are currently de-bugging this but here's a quick fix for now:

Step 1: Right click the G icon and go to Manage Extension:

Step 2: Scroll down to Site Access -> Click the dropdown under "Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit:" to -> "On specific sites"

Step 3: Click on "Add a new page" and then type in "htts://www.facebook.com"

Step 4: Click the button that says "Add"

Your pop up errors will go away and the groupconvert extension will continue working.

That's it! You're done.

Please note: Even with the pop up error, the groupconvert extension still works anyway. The pop up is just really annoying and we are submitting updates to Groupconvert as we speak in order to have your user experience be amazing.
