Invalid Email Error

Two Things are happening (payment or security software is blocking it):

1) Your email invalid error pops up if you have not paid for GroupConvert. You can go to pay here: www.groupconvert.com

However, if you have re-instated your account, the notification will still pop up but you can ignore it.

If you have an existing account, you can also ignore this notification and push through.

2) If you have Trend Micro Security Agent installed on your computer, you have to WHITE-list chrome extensions in order for GroupConvert to work.

Or

You can try disabling Trend Micro and GroupConvert will work again.

Certain security softwares are blocking some extensions from functioning. Just check your computer at the bottom right-hand screen for this icon.
