Email Invalid Error

When you receive an "email is not valid" error, don't fret!

1. Make sure any antivirus like TREND MICRO is not installed.  Completely uninstall it and restart your computer.

2. Make sure your browser is up to date (there are no updates) as in the icon next to your name doesn't have an arrow sign.

3. Sometimes the latest version of MAC is not compatible with the newest version of GroupConvert.  Try it on a Windows 10 computer.
