You can either catch us in the chat by clicking on the chat icon with the word "ask" on the bottom right-hand corner if you're on a desktop or if you clicked on "contact us" within the chatbox then please click the X and you'll see the "ask".
Here you can choose between the Email option or the Chat option depending on your preference.
There are a lot of Q and A articles that are available for you, you can search for them by keyword (even if you don't see the one you are looking for in the default menu) the directory after you type in your keyword and press "search" will have a lot more articles pop up.
